Why should I study in china?

I has been the best experience and I’m glad I decided to come to China. When I first found out that my university has an agreement with the university in Shanghai I was excited. Even though I didn’t know any Chinese, I have travelled to China once before and was very fascinated by the culture and especially by the mentality of Chinese. I wanted to get to know the life of ordinary people and try to understand their actions, their views and life in China in general, because I think that (even if “we” don’t want to) China is the region of the future and understanding the Chinese culture and mentality woll be very useful in the future. My life in Shanghai was nothing like what I've expected - it has been completely different, complicated, fascinating, beautiful, hard and also easy in unexpected ways and most importantly it has changed...

Why should I study in china?

  https://www.istudy-china.com/      Hi! I used to be an exchange student at University of Nottingham Ningbo China and it is decision I am very happy I made. My fascination for China started a couple of years ago when I had the opportunity to attend a summer school in Xiamen, a city I really liked and whose environment was captivating for me. Although some people definitely do not agree (my parents never understood why I wanted to study abroad in China!), I think China is a great destination for three reasons: The cultural difference between the West and China is striking and super interesting. For sure, this may create complicated situations sometimes, but it will also be a life-changing experience. China has a lot of history, cultural traditions and attractions that are totally unknown in Europe and America, so it is really cool to observe them in the country. The opening of China to Western students allowed me and many others to Study with Chinese students in China and establish life long relationships while learning how policy is implemented at the ground level. Chinese culture is a very fraught area. Under the communist party we saw an attack on Chinese traditional culture not seen perhaps since the Qin dynasty. Now Chinese people are very Westernized while practicing some elements of Chinese culture. Without living and working in China it would be difficult to have any insight into this important area which will guide China’s role in the future as a superpower. The second area is policy implementation. Looking at China’s media outlets we see a tsunami of rhetoric and policy announcements.
